Animated visit and workshop in Palazzo Pepoli
A visit to the Museum to discover how food and the Bolognese cooking tradition are closely related to the city’s history: from the mortedella’s origin to medieval banquets, from the porchetta feast rigt up to the machine to produce tortellini.
The workshop is dedicated to the king of traditional Bolognese cuisine, his Majesty the tortellino; with its shape of mysterious origins, the tortellino becomes for the occasion not only a food to eat, but also a yummy pasta sculpture to create.
This activity is not suitable for children with celiac disease.
