Concert in San Colombano

During the month of July, from Tuesday still Saturday at 6pm, the San Colombano Museum proposes
short concerts by the curator of the Collection, Liuwe Tamminga.
Lecture-Concert of c. 20 minutes during which the caracteristics of the instruments, to be played, will be explained together with the compositions.
A unique occasion to listen to the instruments of this Collection.

The struments of the Collection used for the concerts:
Spinet of the Neapolitan type, attribuited to Alessandro Fabri (end of XVI century)
Harpsichord by Mattia de Gand (Rome, 1685)
Organ of the Poncini school (Parma, end of XVII century)
Regal by Jean-Baptiste Micot (Lyone, c. 1740)
Glasschord Piano by Giuseppe Bisogno (Naples c.1860)
“Dulcitone” Tuning-Fork Piano by Thomas Machel & Sons (Glasgow, c. 1919)
